General Provisions

The service provider is REPETITO, s.r.o., with its registered office at T. Vansovej 1055 Púchov 020 01, ID No. 55 625 754, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court Trenčín, section Sro, insert no. 45650/R, e-mail: kontakt@repetito.sk, telephone number +421 911 502 500, (hereinafter also referred to as 'Repetito', 'lessor' or 'provider');

The purpose of these general terms and conditions ('GTC') is to regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties within the provision of services/sale of products by REPETITO, s.r.o., for its customers (hereinafter also 'client' or 'lessee') consisting in the one-time provision of reusable packages intended for the transport of goods from the client (especially online stores) to their own customers. The client acknowledges that Repetito packages remain the exclusive property of Repetito (REPETITO, s.r.o.) at all times and are only given to the client for temporary use for the purpose specified below. The packages are intended to be returned to Repetito for reuse after each delivery of goods from the client to its customers.
